A. Sorry about that! All our books are made with care but occasionally mistakes are made in production. If you have a faulty product, please return it to the retailer from whom you bought it. They will replace it on our behalf. However, if they are unable to replace it for any reason, please don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our Contact Us page. Please mention ‘Faulty product’ in the subject line as well as the ISBN number (see the barcode). Pictures of the issue are also appreciated. We will see what we can do at our end to fix the problem.
• How can I get published as an illustrator?
We’d love to see your work. Send some samples of your illustrations directly to our art department at email@example.com or via our Contact Us page. Who knows, maybe our next book will be illustrated by you!
• How can I get published as a writer?
At YOYO Books we work a bit differently from other publishers, meaning we start from an idea or concept and then look for the best author to write it. As such we do not accept unsolicited submissions. However, if you want to try your luck at becoming a freelance writer, you can always send a sample of your writing to our editorial department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
• I’m a freelance translator or proofreader and would like to work with YOYO Books.
We appreciate your interest in our publishing house. We currently work with a great freelance team, but seeing as we publish worldwide in many languages, there is often room for an extra translator or proofreader so feel free to contact our editors at email@example.com or via our Contact Us page.
